Privacy Policy

Tendrly ("we", "us") is a product of TechSpark Development LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and password (stored hashed), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Brand and proposal content — your logo, brand colors, and the proposal details you enter (client name, client email, project scope, pricing).
• Payment and billing data — subscription and payout status from Stripe. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by us.
• Usage data — proposal views and link clicks (used for your own analytics), plus standard logs (IP address, browser) for security.
• Cookies and analytics — a session cookie required to sign in, and Google Analytics only if you accept the cookie banner.

How we use it

• To provide the service: generating, hosting, and emailing your proposals and processing payments through Stripe.
• To draft proposal text when you use AI features — your project inputs are sent to our AI provider to generate the draft and are not used to train their models under our agreement.
• To email your clients on your behalf (proposal delivery and payment reminders you schedule) via our email provider, Brevo.
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.

What we never do

• We never sell your data or your clients' data.
• We never store card numbers or bank credentials.
• We never email your clients except when you send or schedule it.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Stripe (payments and payouts), Brevo (transactional email), our AI provider (proposal drafting), Google (analytics, with consent; sign-in if you use Google), and our hosting providers. Each processes data under their own privacy terms and our instructions.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing [email protected]; we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time (clear the cookie banner choice in your browser). EU/UK users have the rights described in the GDPR; California residents have the rights described in the CCPA. Contact us and we will honor them.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Payment flows are handled end-to-end by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1.
